[ more about us ] Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP)In January 2005, British Columbia launched the first integrated, competency-based procurement certification program for public sector employees in Canada. NECI, with a team of strategic partners, was selected by the province to design, develop and deliver this new curriculum - the Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP). The development of the curriculum is now complete and NECI holds a licence to market and deliver the program to other organizations.Courses can be taken individually, as a group of selected courses, or as an integrated, certificate program customized for your organization. Unique in Canadian procurement training, the PCMP focuses on traditional instructor-led classroom training with electronic and web-based enhancements, and additional value-added features.
