We enhance and update our materials on an annual basis so participants are assured of the most current court decisions and leading practices.
- The Legal Edge: Procurement and contract management specialists, in-house counsel, program managers and senior executives rely on The Legal Edge, to provide them with up-to-date information, written in a concise, straightforward style. We use The Legal Edge as a forum for sharing lessons from Canadian court decisions and trends in procurement and contracting. We focus on issues that will help our clients anticipate legal risks and develop effective contracting practices.
- Community of Practice: We provide opportunities for participants to continue networking with their peers to exchange ideas, nurture innovation and share knowledge.
