Judy is a chartered accountant and management consultant with more 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Her work includes nine years in a variety of
senior management roles within the B.C. government, and six years leading the western Canadian Alternative Service Delivery practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. She joined the NECI team in 2004 and was a curriculum designer and instructor for the Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP).
With extensive knowledge of alternative service delivery, negotiating, deal structuring and procurement strategy, Judy brings to her teaching a unique blend of business and financial analysis and procurement and contract management expertise.
Relevant, concise and interactive, Judy excels at working with learners on how to complete successful procurement and contract management processes while managing significant risk factors.
