Katherine is a procurement and contract management consultant with 20 years of experience in supply chain management. She joined the NECI team in 2007 as an instructor for the Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP). 
With experience as both an employee and a consultant, Katherine has worked in the public and private sectors on strategic planning, sustainability, facilities management, contingency planning, and international business (customs and culture) spanning retail, wholesale distribution, telecommunications, food services, and the Olympic Games.
A popular author, she writes on cost-reduction strategies and procurement-related topics. She has also created and facilitated a national Internet forum for purchasing professionals.
Dynamic and energetic, Katherine has a passion for procurement planning and project problem-solving, and she brings real-life skills and strategies to her teaching.
