If you’ve ever written a proposal, you know they take a lot of time and cause stress for all involved! If you are responding to opportunities in different parts of Canada, you may be unclear as to the rules and trade agreements that affect competitive contracting, In this eSeminar, you’ll learn how to develop a go/no go process to decide whether to bid on a contract. We’ll provide an overview of trade agreements such as AIT and TILMA. We’ll alert you to the most common errors bidders make and how to avoid them. We’ll walk you through the evaluation process so that you can understand what owners are looking for. We’ll tell you how to use debriefings as a strategic business tool to improve your future bids. And, you’ll find out what remedies are available to you if you haven’t been treated fairly.
