Debbie joined NECI in 1999 and has been actively involved in all aspects of administration, 
client management, seminar coordination and development of training materials. Debbie was a prime contact for the contract with the Province of B.C. throughout the development of the 20-course Procurement and Contract Management Program (PCMP) curriculum and learning portal.
With her knowledge of NECI, history with clients, and enthusiasm, Debbie is a valued member of the NECI team. She currently tracks curriculum enrichment opportunities, manages annual revisions, ensures contract obligations are being met, and provides liaison services for new instructors.
