Our Focus
We began publishing The Legal Edge in response to requests from Signature Seminar participants, as a way to continue to share with them developments in Canadian case law in competitive bidding, and associated news. In quarterly issues each year, we report on case law, innovative ideas and best practices, national and international trade cases, trends in negotiating, and everything from copyright issues to the legality of electronic contracts.
