Tracey is a lawyer with a diverse background that includes law, executive management, consulting, training, writing and procurement. She joined the NECI team in 2007 and is an instructor of NECI’s Signature Seminars as well as for its Public Sector Procurement Program (PSPP).
In both the public and private sectors, Tracey has been a member of leadership teams dealing with risk management, governance, business development, negotiations, advocacy, bargaining strategies,
acquisitions and teaching. She has also been a guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia, the Justice Institute of BC, Royal Roads University, Capilano College and the Municipal Administrators’ Training Institute, and written and/or delivered a wide range of presentations on human resources and labour relations. She is currently working on her Masters degree in Business Administration.
Energetic and focused, Tracey is always looking for ways to influence change and to share best practices and ideas in her teaching.
